Pound's program? What, one year left?
Sorry Rocky, they already had that. That's why they didn't want Crabtree anymore, he didn't baby their kids.
Well it would be hard to win there when there has been 8 to 10 transfers of good athletes out of town in the last 4 years. Not only that, Rocky Baker won there, and they didn't want him. Wayne Leftwich won there, they ran him off. Jason Mullins had some success there. Ran him off. It's doomed.
Man up? LOL

i always felt bad for the guys that went to pound when i was in school, i was pretty good friends with a couple of them and they always said that the desire just wasnt there, from the coaches, players, everybody. and its never been for the lack of good athletes. it just never came together.
Cant we all just get along?
Well its gonna be hard for them to find a teacher to coach there for one year and then have to find another job.
All the transfers was because of Crabtree!!

That is actually not the coaches job, the Administration should take that role on and set an example to any fan or parent that attempts it. Now the weightlifting program is on the coach, he has to set the standards and motivate the athletes to lift and get better and stronger. If a coach were to cme in a do all that you suggest I believe it would be a good thing if done in a professional way, but would need support from the school and it's leadership to make it stick.
